BAGEL WITH BEETROOT HOUMOUS AND CRUNCHY SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Method
  1. Slice the bagel in half and lightly toast on both sides
  2. Butter both sides of the bagel
  3. Place the salad leaves on the bottom half of the bagel
  4. Spoon the houmous on top and spread evenly
  5. Top with cabbage, cucumber and tomato
  6. Season with salt and cracked pepper and put the other half of the bagel on top
